From the Manager

Boy, I hate that Econ-101 series. Never known economics is even more boring than inflation, growth, and interest rates. Damn it.

Well, I'm glad the world is not just that. At least these bitches are back. And oh, this guy is entertaining (he's totally right: Ahmad Dhani is a genius!).

JakJazz wasn't so bad. (But what was Shakatak doing there?).

I'm playing Ray Charles. Hit the road, Jack!

  2. i'm glad those bitches are back. now we can bitch about other people than the economists. don't you think those bad-dressed celebs are far more interesting to be commented than us, the economists?

well, at least now me and the manager have something to discuss while you guys throw debate on the econ 101 class...

  3. hey, i'm well qualified on fashion, too, you know.

    nothing sparks like lesbians.

still, i now have doubts on this manager of ours, ahmad dhani??? gosh, think again!

i wonder why those girls (at WDYTHA) never did him.

  5. on wdytha:
the idea is humdrum and their comments are so unimaginative and coarse.

i enjoy fashion blogs such as this and agree that paris hilton should give her new buddy britney spears a crash course in style. i'm a regular on gossip blogs such as this.

i can enjoy E! true hollywood stories, extra-extra, hollywood access, vh1. but can't stand jakarta's infotainment shows.

in short, i enjoy gossips and fashion. but,
sometimes i wonder why indonesia almost always ranks near the bottom, whether its economy, science, bureaucracy, or gossip and (anti) fashion columns. hmpf.

  6. weakties,

perhaps why indonesia and indonesians always rank near the bottom is because you rank america and americans near the top =)

  7. tirta - well, america has its own share for producing delinquents such as britney spears, donald rumsfeld, david horowitz etc.

i guess, the problem is sampling bias. there is not enough data points for indonesia. so the sample produces extreme results with high variability.

if there are enough data points then the distributions are smoother and i would have more nuance opinions about indonesia/indonesians.

or, in economic terms, more choices are needed. a lot of choices can be confusing but it increases the probability to find something that i like.
